Editorial policy
Retatrutide Canada exists to answer one question accurately: where does this drug stand for people in Canada? These are the rules we hold ourselves to. Last updated October 5, 2026.
Where our information comes from
We rank sources, and we say which kind each claim rests on.
- Regulators first. Health Canada's own records decide what we say about status and legality.
- Journals over press releases. Where a trial has been published in a peer-reviewed journal, we lead with the journal's number.
- Company statements, marked as company statements. Eli Lilly's releases are accurate on dates and doses and promotional in tone. When a figure comes only from the company, the page says so.
- The trial registry for which studies exist, where their sites are, and whether they are recruiting.
Dates on everything
Each page shows the day it was last checked against its sources. Each event on the approval timeline has its own date and its own link. A step that has not happened carries no date, even when a company has named a target window. We print the window in words and leave the date blank.
What we will not publish
- An approval date or a Canadian price that no regulator or manufacturer has published.
- The name of, or a link to, any seller of retatrutide.
- Mixing volumes, syringe conversions or injection instructions for products sold online.
- A medical review credit for a page that a qualified reviewer has not read.
Medical review
Pages that make clinical claims, such as side effects and dosing, need review by a licensed Canadian pharmacist. Until that review has happened, the page carries a visible notice saying it is awaiting one. When it has, the reviewer's name, credential and review date appear on the page.
Independence and funding
This site has no affiliation with Eli Lilly and Company and takes no money from any drug manufacturer. It sells nothing and carries no affiliate links to sellers of retatrutide.
Corrections
If a regulator, a journal or a company publishes something that changes a fact here, we update the page and its check date. If we got something wrong, we fix it and say what changed.
